Crisis Notice

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Cancellation policy

Walp Therapy Services requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place because the scheduled time is reserved specifically for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you experience an unavoidable circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
